RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
SECTION 1 - Standard Return Policy
All of our products are guaranteed new in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping / handling damage. We can provide replacements of defective or damaged parts in most cases if reported within 7 days of receiving the item. If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within the 7 days of the receipt date, and we will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
SECTION 2 - Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so that we can help you resolve this issue by replacing the item. You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty.
SECTION 3 - Cancellation And Refusal
Order cancellation and/or refusal of an item without any sign of damages will subject to a 15% restocking fee, and actual cost of shipping associated with the order will apply. And it will be deducted from your total return refund.
